What I've designed for
Data Visualization: Empowering efficient searches with embedded data
Reporting: Self-serve reports for license renewals and software updates
AI Support Chatbot: AI support chatbot to help handle frontline support questions
Modernized Feedback Form: Product feedback and support resource enriched with metadata
Configuration: Admin controls for audio devices, alert rules, and other settings
Temporary access permissions: Short-term system permissions for field technicians
Channel Partners like security integrators and service providers (such as ADT) are the primary buyers that resell, install, configure, and provide ongoing support for OpenEye systems to their customers.
Since Channel Partners own the customer relationships, I can't always talk directly to users. So I gather insights from Partners, usage data, and our Sales and Solutions Engineering teams. I work with Product and Engineering to brainstorm and test ideas through internal demos, making sure everyone's on the same page before we start building.
